一、活动简介
北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校将于2016年8月22日在北京大学开幕,本届暑期学校将以“创意管理”为主题,以工作坊的形式开展,面向全球招收30位相关专业的研究生为学员(其中北京大学、中国美术学院、香港科技大学各8位,另6位面向其他学校招生)。
北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校由北京大学文化产业研究院、国家文化产业创新与发展研究基地主办,浙江省文创设计制造业协同创新中心协办,致力于通过国际知名专家讲堂和模拟文化产业项目策划的形式开阔学生的视野,意在激发新思想、释放新活力,促进文化产业新鲜人才力量的壮大。
 
二、教学内容
暑期学校将聘请国内外知名学者进行授课,采取灵活多样的教学方式,开展互动课堂、名师讲座、项目策划等活动。
 
(一)拟邀专家
布莱恩·摩尔安
丹麦哥本哈根商学院跨文化传播与管理系教授,主要研究方向为文化与传媒。作为一位专业的社会人类学家,他着眼于跨文化比较的视角,主要从事着广告、艺术市场、陶瓷、时尚杂志、嗅觉营销和出版业等领域的研究,且他的研究对象主要源自于日本。他是商业人类学网上开放存取杂志的创办人,现已退休并被香港大学返聘,就职于现代语言与文化学院。他最近的出版物包括:《从价值的人类学视角解读创意经济》《探索创新:艺术展示中设计,艺术,符号空间的评估实践》《时尚的魅力:仪式,商品与魅力》。
 
斯蒂芬·卡明斯
新西兰惠灵顿维多利亚大学管理学院教授,研究领域为战略管理。现在或曾在华威商学院、法国国立路桥大学、摩洛哥卡萨布兰卡哈撒那学院、墨尔本大学、斯德哥尔摩大学、都柏林圣三一学院等多所高校担任访问学者或兼职教授。在创意与战略领域的代表作有Recreating Strategy (Sage, 2002), Images of Strategy (Blackwell, 2003), Creative Strategy: Reconnecting Business and Innovation (Wiley, 2010), The Strategy Pathfinder (Wiley, 2011) and the Handbook of Management and Creativity (Edward Elgar, 2014)。上述著作中多数已有中文、韩文与俄文译本。Strategy Builder是卡明斯教授最近一本著作,由惠灵顿咨询公司配图,阐释了在构建战略时,绘制的方式如何比写下或讲述更为高效。近期发表文章有Strategic Management, The Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopedia of Management, ‘Problemsourcing’: A re-framing of open-sourcing for R&D organizations, Management Research Review,and Stratography: The Art of Conceptualizing and Communicating Strategy等。
 
屈华民
香港科技大学计算机与工程系教授。本科毕业于西安交通大学数学系,2004年于纽约州立大学石溪分校取得计算机博士学位。主要从事可视化和计算机图形学研究。已经发表超过50篇以上的研究论文,其中有17篇论文发表在可视化领域的顶级期刊IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics。他是 PacificVis 2011和2012的程序委员会共同主席,VINCI 2011和2012的大会共同主席,期刊IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics, IEEE Computer Graphics and Applications, ACM Transactions on Intelligent Systems等的客座编辑,浙江大学和中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院的兼职教授。他的研究获得过各种奖励,包括2009年IEEE可视化会议最佳论文提名奖和2009年IBM Faculty Award。
 
白崇亮
台湾奥美整合行销传播集团董事长,获有国立政治大学企业管理硕士及管理学博士,并於加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学(University of British Columbia, Canada) 研究进修,2016年以访问学者身份在北京大学艺术学院交流学习。白崇亮博士於1993年加入台湾奥美公关公司,於2003年1月升任台湾奥美整合行销传播集团董事长。白崇亮博士不但担任许多台湾及跨国企业的传播顾问,并长期致力於教育工作,於政治大学企业研究所及辅仁大学管理研究所担任副教授,培育众多国内优秀管理及传播人才。他曾担任谘询顾问的企业与公家机关包括:诺基亚、IBM、台北银行公益彩券、福特汽车、辉瑞药厂、葛兰素史克、渣打银行、可口可乐、苏格兰国际发展局、行政院文建会等。同时,白崇亮博士亦热衷於台湾社会教育与文化产业的发展,以董事会成员的身分,参与包括东海大学、佳音电台、台北市都会发展协会、管理科学学会,以及公关基金会等社团,期盼以个人的专业力量贡献国内文化教育产业,让文化与教育丰饶台湾民众的心灵。
 
向勇
北京大学管理学博士,北京大学艺术学院教授,北京大学文化产业研究院副院长。曾任北京大学艺术学院副院长,英国剑桥大学Judge商学院访问学者,英国伦敦Metropolitan大学商学院访问教授。兼任国家文化产业创新与发展研究基地副主任,国家扶持动漫产业发展部际联席会议专家委员会委员,北京市文化创意产业发展专项资金专家评审委员会委员,北京市海淀区创意产业协会咨询专家委员会委员,韩国文化院顾问委员会文化产业组委员。主要研究方向为艺术管理、文化经济和文化产业。主要学术著作有《文化产业导论》(专著)、《文化立国》(专著)、《创意领导力:创意经理人胜任力研究》(专著)、《创意与管理:从创意产业到创意管理》(译著)、《创意战略:创新与商业的再连结》(译著)、《区域文化产业研究》(合著)、《文化产业人力资源开发》(主编)、《中国创意城市——创意城市发展研究》(编著)、China Cultural and Creative Industries Reports 2013(主编)等。
 
林一
北京大学艺术学院教授,国家汉办中华文化艺术国际传播专家组组长、特聘专家;中国艺术管理教育学会副会长;中国国际经济技术促进会常务理事;中国纪录片学术委员会理事等。国际学术期刊International Journal of Arts Management编委;国际学术期刊Higher Education Review编委;亚洲戏剧教育研究中心理事会督察长;联合国第四、五届世界电视论坛中国代表等。研究方向为艺术管理、艺术跨文化传播、比较艺术学等。主要著作包括《中国传统艺术的全球传播战略研究》,《中国戏曲的跨文化传播》,《论文化差异与国际交流》,《跨文化交流案例分析》,《艺术英语》等
 
黄斌斌
2003年毕业于武汉理工大学艺术与设计学院,获文学硕士学位。2010年毕业于中国美术学院,获博士学位。现为中国美术学院设计艺术学院副教授、硕士生导师。浙江省“之江青年学者”, 中国美术学院色彩研究所研究员,浙江省流行色协会副秘书长,中国工业设计协会交互与信息设计委员会执行主任委员。主要从事色彩学理论与实践研究,主攻城市色彩规划、建筑环境色彩设计和色彩数字化方向的研究。主持参与了杭州、宁波、温州、泉州、澳门、济南、义乌、甪直等10余个城市的色彩规划项目,屡获中国科协流行色协会“色彩中国”各项大奖。参与完成国家课题2项,省级课题2项。著有专著1部,译著1部,发表论文10余篇。
 
(二)教学安排
除了常规的暑期课程与专家讲座,30名学员将被分为6个小组,每个小组需在暑期学校日程的最后一天围绕“一带一路”文化产业项目完成一套创意策划方案。

四、申请条件
(一)硕士研究生,学习成绩优异,总评成绩排名在专业前20%,具有较强的实践能力或科研能力;
(二)英语表达能力强;
(三)在校期间未受过任何处分。
 
五、申请材料:
本届暑期学校通过个人简历与创意方案征集相结合的评选机制,选取30位学员参与工作坊。在暑期学校结束后,将挑选优秀的创意成果汇编成册,并交付出版。
具体材料清单为:
(一)2016年北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校申请表扫描件(见附件);
(二)外语水平证明电子版;
(三)获奖证明电子版(说明具体时间和奖项及论文载体);
(三)围绕“一带一路”文化产业项目的创意策划方案。
提交报名材料的截至时间为2016年5月1日。

六、创意方案要求
(一)主题要求:(二选一)
1.民族文化产品的创新性设计、创意管理与市场推广方案;
2.对演艺娱乐、节庆会展、文化旅游等项目的创意策划方案。
(二)内容要求:
    策划案需包括市场分析、消费者分析、核心商品/服务、商业模式、线上线下市场推广方案、风险控制与预算。需提交详细商业计划书、执行方案说明、营销方案预估等,字数不少于5000字。
 
七、学员待遇
(一)学习证明
学员参加暑期学校课程学习并完成学习任务后,将获得北京大学颁发的北京大学艺术管理与文化产业暑期学校结业证书。
(二)经济待遇
暑期学校不收取任何费用。在暑期学校期间,我校将为学员统一安排免费饮食与住宿、免费提供讲义等学习资料,学员本人需承担来京的往返交通费。

I. Introduction
Arts Management and Cultural Industries Summer School of Peking University will be held on August 22, 2016. The theme of the summer school is “Creative Management” and will be held like a workshop. We will recruit about 30 students from all over the world.
Arts Management and Cultural Industries Summer School of Peking University is held by Institute for Cultural Industries, Peking University and Cultural Creative Design Collaborative Innovation Center, Zhejiang. We devote ourselves to stimulate new ideas, release new vigor, and promote the growth of cultural talents by inviting renowned experts and simulating Cultural Industries projects planning.
 
II. Teaching Contents
1. Experts (TBD)
Brian Moeran
Brian Moeran is a Danish professor of Culture and Communication in Department of Intercultural Communication and Management, Copenhagen Business School. He is a social anthropologist by training and has conducted research on advertising, art marketing, ceramics, fashion magazines, olfactory marketing, and the publishing industry -- mainly in Japan, but also in cross-cultural comparative perspective. He is founding editor of the on-line Open Access Journal of Business Anthropology and the author of numerous books and articles, and is partially retired. His recent publications include The Business of Creativity: Toward an Anthropology of Worth, Exploring Creativity: Evaluative Practices in Innovation, Design, and the Arts, Symbolic Space in the Display of Arts Work, Magic of Fashion: Ritual, Commodity, Glamour.
 
Stephen Cummings
Stephen Cummings is Professor of Strategic Management at Victoria University of Wellington. He also holds, or has held, visiting or adjunct positions at Warwick Business School, ENPC Paris, Ecole Hassania Casablanca, the University of Melbourne, Stockholm University and Trinity College Dublin. He is the author of a number of books on creativity and strategy including Recreating Strategy (Sage, 2002), Images of Strategy (Blackwell, 2003), Creative Strategy: Reconnecting Business and Innovation (Wiley, 2010), The Strategy Pathfinder (Wiley, 2011) and the Handbook of Management and Creativity (Edward Elgar, 2014). Many of these have been translated into Chinese, Korean and Russian. His latest book Strategy Builder, with illustrations from Wellington Company Visory (Wiley, 2015), shows how it can be more effective to draw a strategy rather than write or speak it. His recent publications include Strategic Management, The Wiley-Blackwell Encyclopedia of Management, ‘Problemsourcing’: A re-framing of open-sourcing for R&D organizations, Management Research Review, and Stratography: The Art of Conceptualizing and Communicating Strategy.
 
Huamin Qu
Huamin Qu is a full professor and postgraduate programs coordinator in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He also serves as the coordinator of the newly founded Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) group at the CSE department. His main research interests are in visualization and human-computer interaction, with focuses on urban informatics, social network analysis, e-learning, and text visualization. He has co-authored about 100 refereed papers including 32 papers in the IEEE Transactions on Visualization and Computer Graphics (TVCG). His research has been recognized by many awards including 4 best paper/honorable mention awards, 2009 IBM Faculty Award, 2014 Higher Education Scientific and Technological Progress Award (Second Class) from the Ministry of Education of China, 2015 HKICT Best Innovation (Innovative Technology) Silver Award from the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers, and 2015 APICTA Merit Award in E-Learning from the Asia Pacific ICT Alliance. He obtained a BS in Mathematics from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, an MS and a PhD (2004) in Computer Science from the Stony Brook University.
 
Joseph Pai
Dr. Joseph Pai has been the Chairman of Ogilvy & Mather Group in Taiwan since January 2003. He joined Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide/Taiwan in 1993 and has been with Ogilvy Group over 19 years. With more than 26 years of consulting experience, Joseph is highly regarded as the most respected communications professionals in both public and private sectors of Taiwan.
Prior to entering Ogilvy, Joseph acquired broad experience in international marketing and management consulting. Joseph received his Ph.D. in strategic management and MBA majored in marketing from National Chengchi University. He currently teaches Brand Management and Leadership Communications at the Graduate Schools of both National Chenchi University and Catholic Fujen University. Joseph is a board member of various social and cultural associations that include Tunghai University, Goodnews Radio, Asia Culture and Creativity Association, and the Chinese Management Society.
 
Hardy Yong Xiang
Prof. Hardy Yong Xiang is the vice dean of Institute for Cultural Industries, Peking University. He gained his PhD in Management at School of Government, Peking University, obtained his MA in Arts Administration at School of Arts, Peking University and his BA in Philosophy (Major), Economics (Minor), Department of Philosophy & China Center for Economics Research (CCER), Peking University. He has visited some universities in USA, UK, Italy, Australia, Japan, and South of Korea in these years. He was an academic visitor at Judge Business School, the University of Cambridge, and is now honorary visiting professor, Business School of London Metropolitan University.
 
Lin Yi
Professor in Intercultural Communication and Arts Management; Executive Director, National Centre for Research into Intercultural Communication of Arts; Vice President of China Arts Administration Education Association; Chairperson and Specialist of the International Advisory Board for Promotion of Chinese Arts and Culture, Confucius Institute Headquarters, China; Board member of the National Academic Committee of Documentary, China; Inspector and Board member of the ASIA THEATRE EDUCATION CENTRE; Editorial Board Member of the International Journal of Arts Management, Canada; Consultative Board Member of the International Journal of Policy and Practice in Post School Education: Higher Education Review, UK; UNESCO Chair in Cultural Management, under the leadership of Professor Francois Colbert, HEC, Montreal. 
 
Binbin Huang
Dr. Binbin Huang graduated from the school of art and design, Wuhan University of Technology, and received a master's degree in literature. He graduated from The China Academy of Art in 2010 and received his Ph.D. Now he is a master and associate professor at College of art and design, China Academy of Art. As one of the Zhijiang young scholars in Zhejiang Province, he is a researcher at the Color Research Institute for China Academy of Art, the Deputy Secretary of the fashion color association in Zhejiang Province, and the executive director of Chinese Industrial Design Association and Information Design Committee. Mainly engaged in the research of color science theory and practice, Dr. Huang participated in the completion of two national research projects and two provincial research projects. He is the author of one monographs, one translation work and published more than ten papers.
 
2.Teching Plan
30 participants will be divided into six groups. Every group should finish a Creative planning scheme about “One Belt, One Road Initiative” on the last of the summer school.

4. Application Conditions
You need to rank top 20% among all your classmates in your major and have a master degree. At the same time, you need to have a good ability on English expression, excellent academic performance, and without any punishment during the school period.

6. The requirements of the creative plan
A. Theme:
The plan is about national cultural products innovative designing, creative management, and marketing.
The plan is about entertainment, festival exhibition, and cultural tourism.
B. Contents:
The plan needs to include the analysis on marketing, customers, business model, promotion and budget. You need to send the business proposal, the description on how to execute your plan, and marketing project estimate to us. Not less than 500,0 words.
7. What you will get
A. The certificate of the summer school.
B. We will provide you with the free food and accommodation, free study materials, free tuition. You need to bear the transportation fees.
